  • Give you details of who to contact if you don't believe we've satisfactorily fulfilled our promise to you
  • Make sure you’re shown the functions and facilities of your home before you move in.

We also comply with the requirements of the Consumer Code for Home Builders. We’ll give you full details of our service when you reserve your new home.
